Welcome to Masters of The Stone Circle!
Masters of The Stone Circle welcomes you to our web presence. We are a new Kinship comprised mainly of hard core gamers. Most of us are former Star Wars Galaxies players that have finally found a new home here in Middle Earth.
If you are looking for a Kinship that always has members online and are more then willing to help out with quests and general questions regarding life in Middle Earth then look no further. We are currently at Kinship Rank 9 and have our Kinship house located in the Shire.
My name is Ravensong and I am the Kinship leader and look forward to seeing you all in game. We are playing on the Silverlode server and my main charcter actually goes by the name Ravenspirit in game. If you happen to see me running around in Middle Earth, please say Hello.
I just got the site up and running again and will post more content as time permits. Hopefully we will be able to share some really good screenshots from in game and video as well. We are not a racial or age specific kinship and only ask that our members act in a mature and respectful manner in game.

Stories: SWGEMU Up & Running |

Hello,
Two days ago Mark read something about the SWG Emulator so I decided to check it out again. The last time I tried out the EMU it was not much more then a 3D Chat program set in the Star Wars Galaxy. They have come so far, it was shocking.
To load it up, all you have to do is install the original SWG disks and then go to www.swgemu.com and sign up for a forum account. Once there you can get into the forums and there is one section that has the files you need to download so that the EMU works.
They have all of the professions, skill trees, buffs and crafting in the game. When you create a character you will get a choice of where you want to spawn in. Select Naboo and go to Theed. Right outside of the starport to either the right or left of the front door, you will see a Gungan Trader. He works like the Blue Frogs. You can get trained, gear, supplies etc. I guess he used to hand out swoops also but that changed once they got people in the game that could make the swoops. You can buy one from the bazaar.
If you look at the forums on their site you will see a list with a legend that goes from 1-5 for various different aspects of the game. Im presently grinding up a Creature Handler right now. I dont think they have the tame feature in just yet but it should be in very soon. If you look over the list on their site, you will see that most of the stuff is at level 5. I believe that last time I checked it, CH and BE were both at level 2 so they are getting there.
I must say its a trip being back in the game the way it used to be. Heck, I forgot how to play. I mean its cool to be given a few master professions when you are on the test center but I am looking forward to their live server which will be coming out soon. When we start on the live server it will be just like when you first started the game.
Exploring the world, fighting and putting up camps to mend up before going out to explore and fight somemore. I did notice that most of us have taken a small break from LOTRO. I logged in a few times and no one was on so I just checked to see who had been on and then logged back out.
Hope to see you all soon.

New Scifi Sandbox MMO |

Hey everyone. Sorry I have been so busy lately but I have a website that I am trying to get completed for our tribe. I still have a bit more content to post as well as making the header graphic for the site. Here is the link if you want to see what I have been up to: United Houma Nation Now please note that the site is not completely finished yet.
Now on to the topic of the news article. While I have been busy working on the site, Mark has been busy doing what he does best and that is working on his Swedish inventions and reading the forum boards. He found information about a game that should hit beta by the end of the year I estimate and you wont believe what genre it is. Scitfi......about time and the best part is that you can learn skills and drop them and also create your own hybrid type of character just like a game we all used to be addicted to. Here is a link to their site: Crusades
We have already signed up on the forum boards over there and in one of their topics titled Wish List; people have posted what they would like to see in a space game and the dev''s are right on top of things answering their questions and for the most part everything that people have asked for is already in the game in one form or another. Imagine flying around in your spaceship with your crew and getting into a battle with someone that could actually board your ship and continue the battle onboard. Sounds way cool. Anyways, I think you guys should at least pop over and have a look around as it sounds like whats been missing in gaming for awhile now.
Oh yeah, its not based off of any IP out there so then you wont have the other companies that are out to grab the WoW crowd and money; dictating what can and cannot be done in the gameworld.
